This conflict started several years ago. The developer was constructing the 2nd phase of the Dalian Software Park and was trying to get agreement with Yu Zhixu who owned Nail house. The man wanted to get a new house of 150 square meters, land compensation and many other benefits. But developer couldn’t offer this. The result shocks. The developer simply trapped Zhixu’s house in a 3-meter-tall soil fence.
