I think that it’s the driver of the Hummer who’s wrong.
But the car has stood the “test” with dignity. If it were one of the small cars, the consequences would have been much worse.

The accident in Tallinn (24 photos)

Another incredible accident happened the day before yesterday in Tallinn.
Fortunately, nobody was injured.
The BMW driver wanted to turn left at tram track intersection and ... didn’t see the tram coming or didn’t hear it or simply, he thought he would have time to pass.
In any case, all is well and it seems that the person who is inside the car with his notebook and cell phone is the driver.
