The 85 year old Duchess of Alba has an estimated wealth of between one and three billion dollars. She has decided to marry a 61-year-old civil servant, Alfonso Diez. She intends to give up everything prior to the marriage by giving her children an early inheritance because she is sure that Alfonso loves her rather than her money or to be sure that he marries her out of love.

Many girls in India get married when they are still kids. Children marriages are banned in this country, but they still happen. Government survey in 2006 reported that 45 % of Indian girls were married being younger than 18 years old.
