People who play video games like to choose a particular virtual character to express themselves in game worlds. The Alter Ego project by photographer Robbie Cooper is created to reveal the “real-life” photos of virtual people. He travelled to France, Germany, and China to meet gamers and take a picture of them so that you could compare their real photos and avatars.

Sometimes gamers take their game way too seriously. They love so much their character that they even decide to look like it making sometimes such ridiculous costumes and face paintings. But hey, to each their own.

For all te gamers out there! This handmade book was the creation of E.L. Jeffe. It is called the gamers’ alphabet and it contains meanings for all the letters in the alphabet that relate to video gaming. It is interesting not only because it is handmade but also because of what is in it.
