Each year, the 9th May is celebrated in Russia and other Eastern European countries, which marks the end of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and the capitulation of Nazi Germany in front of the Soviet Union. The war that was over 64 years ago took the lives of nearly 27 million Soviets.
