A wild bear cub climbed into the Slovenian Logar family yard about a month ago. The three-and-a-half-month-old teddy was adopted by people. While the family wants to keep it, veterinary authorities would prefer to move the brown bear into a shelter for wild animals.
Bled Island is a famous tourist attraction that is located on Lake Bled in Slovenia. The primary building on the very small island is the Church of the Assumption of Mary Pilgrimage. The island looks like something out of a fairy tale.
The Swimming Cities is a “fleet” of three carefully handcrafted vessels that navigated the Adriatic Sea from the Karst region, Slovenia to Venice, Italy. It’s really well made. I’d love to go with them in this fascinating adventure!
