When in some places it is hot even to breath, in other places floods don’t stop. This is what happens in Minsk, Belarus. Heavy rains have literally turned the city into a “sea.” The water is everywhere: in subways, on the roads, in the buildings, in the means of transport. The rescuers had to help people to get off buses and cars because of it.
