Don't see any problem with the plastic surgery that would lead someone to think it's made her into a monster. She's put weight on, that's not uncommon as a person gets older and metabolism slows down. Nothing a motivated mindset and a personal trainer couldn't help. acute

This is the most responses that I have ever seen to a post here. And, for what? The title. I was expecting something far worse. I was really expecting a failure of the Doctor's making. And, it's NOT. It is all of her own making.

Like someone mentioned. Get a personal trainer and some make up advice AND a doctor. Not plastic surgeon, just a regular doctor who will try and cure the physical wrongs and refer her to a psychiatrist.
