The man is David Blaine. Not his very best trick. The impact of the bullet entering his mouth is far too small for a fire weapon. With a real gun the bullet and cup would leave the back of his head.
Sjakie - define "real gun"? It is a real gun, looks like something around .22 cal. Of course it wasn't .44 Magnum (or .50 cal anti-armor round...) they shot at him, but it was still a gunpowder-powered, cupronickel-covered lead bullet...
@Maggot, Okay, with a real gun I mean, as you state, a gunpowder-powered gun. The gun used in this video is indeed a .22 cal. I saw the complete program where this vid is part of. The point I wanted to make is in the slomo shot I don't believe they used the actual .22 gun as they show. In the entire video there isn't a single camera shot where you see the gun and David at the same time when the gun is fired. So in the shots were the bullet hits David there is no reason to believe it's the same gun as they show in the beginning.
1:06 - you can see there is no bullet entering his mouth, it's just special effects, the video was edited. That thing he is holding in his mouth had a little explosion to simulate the impact... it's just that simple. Myth Busters tried this one twice and IT"S IMPOSSIBLE !

And the billboards are all leering
And the flags are all dead at the top of their poles

That's what I started with, 'not his very best TRICK'.
